Abstract
In what ways are digital learning resources evolving to better support workforce development? Increasingly, educational design is blending digital products with reflective learning to translate evidence about ‘what works’ into practice. This presentation will outline an innovative co-development process used by the NWCCMH to create e-learning resources which translate evidence, incorporate reflective learning and demonstrate the use of narrative in developing such content. We will also present samples of this content, discuss the evidence supporting our approach and offer insights on the incorporation of lived experience.
