Abstract
The NSW Practice Framework brings together evidence informed practice approaches, capabilities, reforms and principles to guide FACS child protection and out of home care work across systems, policies and practice.

The Framework seeks to achieve safety for children and ensure children, young people and families are connected to family and community, reach their potential and experience FACS as helpful and respectful.

It puts practice with children and families at the forefront of decisions and sets the mandate to give justice, uphold dignity and genuinely see families for their potential, alongside their context and experiences.
